It is ALWAYS a GREAT day to find a set of 6 FAUX BAMBOO Chippendale Chairs,
but it is ALWAYS a FABULOUS day to find a set of 6 Cockpen Chairs:)

I have spotted Cockpen Chairs used in rooms
decorated by the most FABULOUS Hollywood Regency Style
designers of the 20th Century.
Designers like Dorothy Draper, Frances Elkins, William Haines,
David Hicks, and Billy Baldwin.

I am still spotting them used today.
I LOVE it!

When I found this Moroccan FRETWORK mirror for the first time
with a canary yellow background
I thought that nothing could be more FAB.

When I found this Moroccan FRETWORK mirror for a second time
with a VINTAGE Palm Beach green background
I knew that nothing could be more FAB.
I LOVE it!

MOROCCAN and FRETWORK details.
What more could this girl ask for?

Besides, I ALWAYS say that if it doesn’t sell I will just take it home:)

Pair of DOROTHY DRAPER Imposters

When I found my first pair of Dorothy Draper chests I had no idea
who Dorothy Draper was or what I had found. I just LOVED the look of the pair.
Now I know the CIRCA and the WHO.
I am so intrigued by her designs and how much they inspire others in their designs.

These are my CLASSIC and TIMELESS pieces not Grandma’s Hepplewhites.
Well, maybe if they are lacquered:)

Fretwork Elephant Desk

After reading the post by CHINOISERIE CHIC on fretwork elephant consoles
I headed out on a mission to find one.
Not only did I find ONE, I found TWO and this FAB desk.
Mission COMPLETE:)

I have bought and sold many of these, but I now have a new LOVE for them.
When I told my little sister that I was putting one in the entrance of my new home
with a faux bamboo greek key mirror above it, she told me she had seen one in a video of Graceland.
I could not believe it. Some of my favorite memories are of my mom dancing side to side
to Elvis Presley songs in the 70’s.
I LOVE it!

Metal Faux Bamboo PAGODA Chandelier

Ahh…… There is NOT a room that wouldn’t be FAB
with a faux bamboo PAGODA chandelier hanging front and center.
LOVE it!
I have hurdled over sofas to get to one of these from across a room:)
I am a LOVER of VINTAGE and hang them in my shop and home AS FOUND.
These chandeliers can be powder coated or painted to fit your style.
